These folks are the experts. My tooth extraction was amongst the worst and my chronic illness is quite complicated but they took it on with confidence and made it look easy. Dr Setliff took me seriously when many other providers did not and showed genuine compassion. His team’s level of professionalism and surgical expertise was a breath of fresh air and a huge relief for my family. Thank you from the very bottom of our hearts.

I had a wonderful experience with Wood and Myers for a tooth extraction. My normal dentist tried to extract a tooth and really messed it up so I went to Wood Myers. They used anesthesia and the whole process was pain free. No pain at all, zip. I was so pleased with the process and the recovery from the extraction surgery was completely pain free. I would recomend them 100%. I went to the Lancaster office.

I never made it to my first appointment. They called me the day of it to tell me they can no longer proceed with a simple extraction and wanted me sedated. I did not need to be sedated and another dentist got the tooth out under 5 minutes no pain ! All this being said they wanted me to switch my appointment to a consultation which I accepted, but then emailed them hours in advance to let them know no I I actually will not be coming in for no appointment I was very upset after being called and cancelled on the day of a simple extraction. They had the nerve to send me a $100 bill for missing appt / no show even though I emailed them ! This place seems like nothing but a money grab they also kept calling me multiple times trying to make me schedule multiple extractions when I only told them I was coming to them for one I don’t care how many I need if I can only afford one at a time why keep pressuring someone ? Needless to say I will not be paying $100 for missing an appointment they canceled the same day of bill and will actually be taking this higher up !

Wow! All I can say is that it didn’t feel like your typical procedure, it felt like an experience! I got 2 wisdom teeth removed and an extra tooth removed. Everyone was so kind, office was beautiful. I had lidocaine that was sprayed before inserting my IV and the Nurse Anesthetist did a great job! I was talking to her and then I was knocked out and didn’t want to wake up. 🤣 My work letter was ready for me. I had 0 pain. Instructions were provided with clarity and they gave me 2 ice packs as well as gauze! Scripts were sent without any issues and I’ve been sipping on my anti inflammatory room temp soup and have been doing fairly well recovering. This was top notch experience! One of the doctors even followed up with me to see how I was doing! Appreciate you! I recommend 100%

Dr Smith was thorough and patient. He explained everything to me and what I would expect since he allowed me to have my tooth extraction under local. I appreciate the time and money he saved me by allowing it to be done awake. Everyone I encountered was very professional and kind!
